At Dream Wedding Hub, weddings are emotional journeys — complete of plans, excitement, and every so often, remaining-minute changes. Our goal is to make your ocassion clean, transparent, and fair, especially on the subject of bills, cancellations, or refunds. This policy explains how we manage these conditions within the only, maximum human way feasible.

1. Understanding the Payments

When you make a fee via our secure fee gateway, it’s processed right away and safely. You’ll acquire an e mail or SMS confirmation right away, showing the transaction information. All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) and relevant taxes.

Please make sure to double-check your reserving info before making the payment, as this allows us avoid confusions in future.

2. Non-Refundable term in payment

Planning, or products services with our team and then decides to proceed with a purchase any later request for a refund due to a change of mind will not be eligible for a refund. This is because we invest our professional time, expertise, and internal company data during these discussions and preparations, which is the part of our services commitments.

3. Non-Refundable After Policy Acceptance

Before confirming any booking or payment, clients are requested to carefully read and understand our policies. Once the payment has been made after reviewing the policy, it will be considered as agreement to these terms. Therefore, any cancellation or refund request made after the client has purchased a service with full awareness of our policy will not be refundable.

4. Refundable Only in Specific Cases

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

If a client accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same service, the refund will be initiated in 8-10 working days.

If a payment is made by mistake, and the client has not availed or initiated any plan, discussion, or service with our team in such case we will refund the amount within 8 to 10 working days. In such valid cases, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 8 to10 Working days after verification.

5. Non-returnable components

Certain services or items (such as custom decorations, digital designs, photo packages or booking fees) may be marked as non-refundable. This is simply because our partners and representatives have already invested time, materials and labour in your order.
